Hey, I’m Joey.
I am the bass player of DYNAZTY, the best band in the world.
My musical endeavour began when I was 8 years old and started taking piano lessons. I progressed quite fast, but after a few years I realized that classical piano just wasn’t my call. I made a complete U-turn and started playing the electric bass instead.
I immediately fell in love with the instrument, and it got me into thinking that I needed a band. For a couple of years I played in numerous bands. We played everything from blues to funk-rock, rehearsed a lot and did a lot of live shows. These years really made me grow as a musician.
In 2004, my friend George Egg asked me to join his new project, at the moment named MUGHA (later FOXEY). This was when I really got into playing metal!
In 2008, I joined DYNAZTY and I immediately felt “THIS IS IT!”. And it truly is. My passion for this band is extremely strong, and I’m sure we will reach the skies soon enough!
